I’m Chelly—an independent designer with a love for bold, intentional, and functional creativity. Design is where my eye for detail meets my passion for bringing ideas to life. I’m drawn to clean lines, masculine energy, and spaces or visuals that feel purposeful and confident. Every project I take on reflects who I am at my core: hands-on, thoughtful, and committed to creating work that feels authentic.
Outside of design, I’m happiest outdoors—whether I’m camping, exploring new places, or just soaking up the sunshine with my dog. My faith is a big part of my life, and church and Bible study keep me grounded and centered each week. I love cooking, spending time with my family and friends, and finding inspiration in the simple moments that make life feel full.
I bring all of these pieces of myself into my work. My creativity comes from real life—nature, community, faith, and the people I love. Design is my craft, but it’s also an extension of who I am.

Starting with an in-home consultation, it begins with a brief discovery call or intake form to understand the client’s goals, lifestyle, and design preferences. Once scheduled, the designer visits the home to conduct a room-by-room walkthrough, observing layout, lighting, and functionality. During this visit, the designer asks thoughtful questions about how the space is used, what challenges exist, and what aesthetic the client envisions. Measurements and photos may be taken to support future planning.
The consultation includes a discussion of style direction, budget expectations, and project scope. The designer may offer immediate suggestions or ideas, but the focus is on gathering information and building a clear understanding of the client’s needs. After the visit, a follow-up email summarizes key takeaways and outlines next steps—whether it’s a full-service proposal, mood board development, or phased design support.
This process ensures that every design decision is rooted in how the client truly lives, making the final result both beautiful and functional.
